同方康泰(01312.HK):預計2020財年綜合淨虧1.95億至2.35億港元
格隆匯 3 月 18日丨同方康泰(01312.HK)發佈公吿,預期集團於2020財政年度錄得約1.95億港元至2.35億港元的綜合虧損淨額,而2019年年度則錄得綜合溢利淨額約6500萬港元。
公吿表示,有關變動主要歸因於2020年12月出售Real Jade Limited(即集團當時水泥業務的控股公司)的全部權益而導致的虧損;及集團當時用於水泥業務的物業、廠房及設備的預期減值虧損。
