小米起訴美國防部初戰告捷,知情律師:更多中企在考慮起訴美政府
美港電訊報道,在美國聯邦法院發出禁制令,阻止美國國防部對小米公司的投資禁令後,其他一些被特朗普政府列入“黑名單”的中國企業也正在考慮起訴美國政府。
多位知情律師告訴路透社,其中一些企業已正在就相關事宜與Steptoe & Johnson、Hogan Lovells等律所洽談。
曾在美國白宮和國務院擔任法律顧問的華盛頓律師Brian Egan評價稱,“導致小米被列入黑名單的事實幾乎是可笑的,我認爲這絕對會導致更多公司採取行動。”
