许正宇:港交所(00388.HK)将探索合适SPAC上市方式
财经事务及库务局局长许正宇於网上论坛上表示,留意到特殊目的收购公司(SPAC)上市成为国际市场的新潮流,港交所(00388.HK)将探索合适的SPAC上市方式,以增加香港作为国际金融中心的竞争力,同时亦将保障对投资者的利益。
他又指,本港仍是全球企业集资中心,亦可融合内地资本市场共同发展,於新型肺炎疫情期间表现仍然稳健。现时本港正计划扩展与内地的互联互通范畴,去年沪深港通每日平均成交金额大幅增加,「债券通」成交亦创新高,目前中港两地监管机构正积极筹备债券南向通的工作,冀今年内可推出,并加快A股期货合约的工作。
