許正宇:港交所(00388.HK)將探索合適SPAC上市方式
財經事務及庫務局局長許正宇於網上論壇上表示,留意到特殊目的收購公司(SPAC)上市成為國際市場的新潮流,港交所(00388.HK)將探索合適的SPAC上市方式,以增加香港作為國際金融中心的競爭力,同時亦將保障對投資者的利益。
他又指,本港仍是全球企業集資中心,亦可融合內地資本市場共同發展,於新型肺炎疫情期間表現仍然穩健。現時本港正計劃擴展與內地的互聯互通範疇,去年滬深港通每日平均成交金額大幅增加,「債券通」成交亦創新高,目前中港兩地監管機構正積極籌備債券南向通的工作,冀今年內可推出,並加快A股期貨合約的工作。
