格隆匯 3 月 15日丨世茂服務(00873.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2020年12月31日止12個月，公司收入為人民幣50.26億元，同比增長101.9%；毛利達人民幣15.78億元，同比增長88.3%；經營利潤為人民幣8.97億元，同比增長72.1%；公司權益股東應占溢利為人民幣6.93億元，同比增長80.2%，每股盈利為人民幣0.34元，擬派末期息每股11港仙。
公司收入來自三個主要業務：物業管理服務；社區增值服務；及非業主增值服務。年內，物業管理服務收入達人民幣27.12億元，佔公司收入的54.0%，同比增長126.1%；社區增值服務收入達人民幣16.01億元，佔公司收入的31.8%，同比增長146.8%；及非業主增值服務收入達人民幣7.13億元，佔公司收入的14.2%，同比增長11.2%。。
於2020年12月31日，公司物業管理服務的在管建築面積為1.461億平方米，較2019年12月31日約6820萬平方米增長約114.4%；公司的合約建築面積約為2.011億平方米，較2019年12月31日約1.009億平方米增長約99.4%。
此外，2020年12月31日，公司現金及現金等價物為人民幣58.30億元，較2019年12月31日的人民幣8.50億元，增長586.2%。相較於2019年全年人民幣6.41億元，同比增長11.2%。
