遠大中國(02789.HK)擬3000萬元出售成都廠房
格隆匯 3 月 15日丨遠大中國(02789.HK)發佈公吿,2021年3月15日,瀋陽遠大鋁業工程有限公司新能源幕牆分公司及瀋陽遠大鋁業工程有限公司作為賣方(均為公司全資附屬公司)與成都久和建設設備有限責任公司作為買方訂立協議,根據協議賣方同意出售,買方同意以總代價人民幣3000萬元購買該廠房。
該廠房為工業廠房,建築面積約為28,635.90平方米,位於四川省成都市雙流西南航空港經濟開發區。為免存疑,根據本協議,在其上建造該廠房的相關土地(未獲土地使用權證)不包含在處置事項內。
