《周末樓市》一手登場帶動二手成交上升 「維港匯I」周三再售123伙
周末一手樓市暢旺,錄約250宗一手成交,其中由會德豐地產與信置(00083.HK)、嘉華國際(00173.HK)、世茂集團(00813.HK)及爪哇控股(00251.HK)聯合發展的西九龍住宅項目「維港匯I」周六首輪開售,周末兩日共售出約207伙,套現約25億元。
信置營業部集團聯席董事田兆源透露,「維港匯I」已公布第二輪銷售安排,將於本周三發售108伙,另會有15伙以招標形式推售,合共售賣123伙。
另外,屯門「恆大.珺瓏灣」周六周日共沽出14伙新單位;日出康城「SEA TO SKY」亦沽出8伙。此外,啟德「GRANDE MONACO」、旺角「利奧坊.曦岸」、日出康城「LP10」等亦錄得成交。
二手方面,據美聯物業分行統計,剛過去的周末10大藍籌屋苑合共錄得約28宗買賣成交,較上周末升約7.7%,10個屋苑中,9個錄得成交,而且自農曆新年長假後,維持連續4個周末企穩20宗或以上的活躍水平。至於按15大屋苑計算,周末兩天則錄得約32宗買賣成交,與上周末相若。
至於中原地產十大屋苑本周末錄得27宗成交,較上周末再升22.7%,數字連升2周,周末只有康怡花園錄得零成交,其實9個屋苑均錄交投,成交量介乎2至5宗,交投分布平均。
香港置業則指,港、九及新界十大二手指標藍籌屋苑於周末兩日合共錄得15宗成交,連續四周維持雙位數,與上周末20宗成交相比下降約25%。
