《大行報告》瑞信微升融創服務(01516.HK)目標價至30.48元 評級「跑贏大市」
瑞信發表研究報告指,融創服務(01516.HK)2020年核心盈利按年增長130%,較該行及市場預期高出10%及7%。
報告指,雖然非住宅物業增值服務收入遜於預期,但利潤率增幅勝於預期,足以相互抵消。該行指,截至2020年底融創(01918.HK)預留建築面積2.56億平方米,預期可支持2020至2023年收入複合增長62%。
瑞信認為,融創服務具高知名度,社區增值服務業務有更大增長潛力,微調2021至2022年盈利預測,目標價由30.46上調至30.48元,維持「跑贏大市」評級。
