銀城生活服務(01922.HK)攜手銀城康養成立銀城怡家從事養老及綜合配套服務
格隆匯 3 月 11日丨銀城生活服務(01922.HK)公吿，於2021年3月11日，銀城物業(公司間接全資附屬公司)與銀城康養訂立合作協議，據此，雙方同意成立銀城怡家，藉以主要從事在中國為長者提供養老及綜合配套服務。
同日，銀城物業、鼓房物業及國礎技術訂立出資協議書，據此，各方同意成立南京鑫紅居，該公司主要從事向中國南京市住宅小區提供綜合物業管理服務業務。
銀城怡家將成為公司的合資企業，其財務業績將不會與集團的財務報表綜合入賬，而南京鑫紅居將成為公司的非全資附屬公司，其財務業績將與集團的財務報表綜合入賬。
銀城康養一直專注於在中國長三角地區發展及經營提供養老服務，目前為江蘇省其中一家規模最大的養老服務供應商。其旨在為長者提供集醫療、復康與謢老元素於一身，全面而綜合的養老服務。
銀城康養目前在中國經營16家養老機構。成立銀城怡家目的，旨在善用銀城康養在養老行業的營運經驗及品牌影響，以及銀城物業所擁有的物業管理經驗，以向(包括但不限於)集團所管理中國住宅小區的長者提供養老及綜合配套服務時為彼此帶來協同效益。就銀城怡家將承接的項目而言，銀城康養將負責養老服務的日常營運，而銀城物業則負責提供其客户資源及物業管理專業知識。
董事會相信，成立銀城怡家有助集團將其服務範疇擴展至養老行業，集團藉此積極響應政府一直向物業管理公司所呼籲於中國推行及實施居家社區養老模式。成立銀城怡家亦與集團為所管理的物業提供優質綜合服務，打造生活社區的理念一致。
