李寧參投特殊目的收購公司擬美上市籌2.5億美元
《華爾街日報》報道,前中國奧運體操冠軍李寧新成立的特殊目的收購公司(SPAC),尋求通過首次公開募股(IPO)在紐交所上市籌資約2.5億美元,希望充分利用消費和體育品牌在中國的前景。
根據提交給美國證券交易委員會(SEC)的文件顯示,李寧與私募股權投資公司萊恩資本(LionRock Capital)和高盛前高管David Tse Young Chou,共同創立了特殊目的收購公司Trinity Acquisition Corp.。
文件顯示,Trinity Acquisition的收購目標是於中國業務規模相對較小,及希望在中國擴張的企業,包括在數字經濟領域,例如數字健身和電子競技。
