本週只有1只新股上市，賽生藥業首日低開1.6%，午盤後拉昇至19.38元，最終收盤收18.8元，與招股價持平。受港股大盤震盪調整影響，本週的新股表現顯得有些沉悶平靜。

本週的新股賽生藥業打新相當火熱，其中，公開配售申購人數436000人，一手中籤率僅3%，認購倍數約1068.05倍。配售招股價17.2-18.8港元，最終定價18.8港元，每手9400港元。國際配售申購人數未披露，認購倍數約10倍。

目前正在招股的是汽車之家，截至3月5日14:00，獲券商累計借出約29.62億元孖展額，相當於公開發售部份超購逾2.88倍。
汽車之家作爲中國最大的在線汽車廣告及線索服務供應商，背靠大股東中國平安，是國內領先的汽車消費者在線服務平臺，2020年底移動端日活躍用戶達4210萬人，汽車服務平臺中排名第一。在中國在線汽車廣告及線索市場中份額接近30%。

據知情人士透露，百度週四獲得香港交易所上市委員會的批準，預計最快下週發行
今年年初，有消息稱百度回港二次上市已正式啓動，按照港交所流程，回港二次上市的公司可祕密交表，通過聆訊前，無需在聯交所網站公佈具體信息。據報道，該公司正尋求籌集高達35億美元的資金，裏昂證券(CLSA)和高盛擔任這筆交易的承銷商。
據市場消息，嗶哩嗶哩預計下週尋求通過港交所聆訊
嗶哩嗶哩（美：BILI）預計於下週尋求通過港交所聆訊，集資規模預計爲30億美元（約234億港元），高盛、摩根大通、摩根士丹利和瑞銀爲保薦人。
中國西都集團向港交所遞交主板上市申請，預計下週一開簿
中國西都集團爲電力工程服務及電力信息化產品與服務提供商，西證國際爲獨家保薦人。據悉，該公司曾於2020年6月9日向港交所主板遞表。按2019年收益計，該集團在廣東省民營信息化市場中排名第七，市場份額約佔2.6%。

傳康師傅股東將分拆德克士在港上市
據消息早前有傳康師傅(00322.HK)主要股東臺灣食品商頂新國際集團，正考慮將內地餐飲業務分拆到香港上市。據北京商報報道，頂新旗下連鎖快餐品牌「德克士」迴應指對IPO有規劃，但目前無具體進展。
傳億咖通科技最快下半年港上市籌最少6億美元 吉利控股有份投資
據路透旗下《IFR》報道，吉利汽車母企吉利控股有份投資的智能車技術初創億咖通科技(Ecarx)計劃今年在港上市，籌最少6億美元。消息人士指公司正與包括大摩、瑞銀在內的銀行洽商，估計最快今年下半年上市。
傳瑞信、中金及高盛加入微醫上市團隊 料上半年在港上市籌20-30億美元
據路透旗下IFR報道，騰訊有份投資的微醫據今年在港上市，籌20-30億美元，消息人士指公司計劃將瑞信、中金及高盛加入其團隊，並與招銀國際、花旗及摩通合作，料交易最快今年上半年完成。
