中國華君(00377.HK)：擔保人已依法向上海金融法院提交了不予執行申請
格隆匯 3 月 5日丨中國華君(00377.HK)公佈，有關附屬因1.46億元貸款違約被提索賠要求。上海金融法院於2021年2月5日向華君控股集團有限公司簽發了執行通知書，華君控股集團有限公司是由孟廣寶(公司執行董事兼董事長)及其配偶全資擁有的中國有限公司。華君控股集團有限公司於2021年2月18日收到該通知書。孟廣寶將收到該通知的情況通知了公司。
由於集團尚未收到任何與法律程序有關的文件，因此集團最近安排中國律師直接從上海金融法院取得了(i)上海金融法院於2021年2月5日對保華房地產開發(上海)有限公司(為公司的附屬公司，是該貸款的借款人)("保華上海")發出的執行通知書，據此，保華上海被命令向貸款人支付該貸款之未償還餘額及利息；(ii)上海金融法院於2021年2月5日對附屬公司、保華上海、公司及華君控股集團有限公司(一家由公司執行董事兼董事長孟廣寶全資擁有的私人公司)、孟廣寶及其配偶，作為附屬公司擔保該貸款的共同擔保人("該等擔保人")發出的報吿財產令，據此，該等擔保人必須向法院報吿其資產及相關財務信息；及(iii)中華民共和國上海市黃浦公證處於2021年1月11日發出的執行證書，據此，貸款人可使用執行證書向中華人民共和國相關法院申請強制執行。
擔保人華君控股集團有限公司已依法向上海金融法院提交了不予執行申請，等待法院裁決是否終止執行。公司目前正尋求法律意見，並將在適當時候就上述法律程序之任何重大進展作出進一步公吿，以吿知其股東及投資者。
