格隆匯3月5日丨近一個月跌幅超30%的美蘭空港(0357.HK)今日反彈7.98%,報33.15港元,總市值156.8億港元。美蘭空港日前獲Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group增持66.8萬股,涉資約2215.8萬港元。中信證券指出,美蘭空港離島免税與產能週期共振,料合理估值20倍左右。看好公司2025年中期400億港幣市值。首次覆蓋給予 “買入”評級。隨着政策紅利持續釋放,料2025年美蘭空港免税銷售額110億,CAGR35%迎高增長。
