《新股消息》馬來西亞手套製造商Top Glove傳上市集資19億美元
據《彭博通訊社》報道指,馬來西亞橡膠手套製造商Top Glove計劃來港作雙重第一上市,發行高達14.9億股,集資最多19億美元,預期將成為馬來西亞最大在港上市公司。
Top Glove分別於馬來西亞證交所作第一上市,並在新交所作第二上市,日前已向聯交所遞交上市申請,初步招股資料顯示,公司2020財年除稅後利潤達17.88億令吉,按年增長逾386%。預期集資所得將用於擴充產能及開發數據驅動的製造系統、研發、升級軟件系統及收購資訊科技,以及潛在併購等。
