格隆匯 2 月 25日丨華潤萬象生活(01209.HK)發佈公吿,截至2020年12月31日止年度,公司擁有人應占溢利將較截至2019年12月31日止年度增加約120%–130%,乃由於(其中包括),誠如公司日期為2020年11月25日的招股章程所披露:(i)集團向購物中心提供商業運營服務產生盈利,自2020年開始自有關服務確認相關收入;及(ii)集團自2020年下半年開始向寫字樓提供商業運營服務。
