景业名邦(02231.HK)广州黄埔珠江村旧改动工
景业名邦(02231.HK)公布,旗下广州黄埔珠江村旧改项目在今年1月实现村民签约超过90%後,日前已正式动工,从启动拆迁签约到动工仅用5个月的时间。按照规划,珠江村改造范围内总建筑面积79.93万平方米,其中复建面积53.06万平方米。
集团表示,目前珠江村项目已签约844栋,签约率超过90%,已移交拆除集体物业和私宅共26万平方米,其中私宅拆除率达42%;珠江村村民改造意愿同意率98.5%,私宅拆补方案表决同意率达90%,招商文件表决同意率达99.5%。
