格隆匯 2 月 23日丨金融街物業(01502.HK)宣佈,公司通過公司的非全資附屬公司與合作伙伴設立一家名為"德州金融街地標之都物業管理有限公司"的合資公司,合資各方將在物業管理領域開展合作並對當地市場進行進一步的深度拓展。

據悉,德州金融街地標之都物業管理有限公司的註冊資本為人民幣100萬元,金融街第一太平、郭希勝及百仕達分別持有合營公司51%、30%及19%。合資公司主營業務為物業管理及相關服務,目前主要從事山東省德州市地標之都項目綜合物業管理業務,未來將進一步拓展德州及周邊地區適當的物業項目。地標之都項目的總規劃建築面積110萬平方米,業態包括獨棟辦公樓、商務大廈、智慧農業產業大廈及配套公寓、商業設施等。

公吿稱,成立合資公司是公司透過非全資附屬公司金融街第一太平開拓山東省物業管理業務的重要步驟。合資公司的合作方所從事的項目與金融街第一太平的市場拓展業務方向一致,通過與百仕達的合作,金融街第一太平能夠發揮其在綜合商務物業管理領域的顯著優勢,通過輸出品牌化、專業化、標準化的管理服務,促進項目品質提升,助力招商運營。董事相信,成立合資公司能夠實現各方資源優勢互補,合作共贏。未來合資公司將進一步拓展德州地區及山東區域的物業管理相關市場,不斷擴大管理規模並提升品牌知名度。
