保華集團(00498.HK)終止股份融資計劃
保華集團(00498.HK)公布,由於自2006年採納股份融資計劃起概無動用有關融資,故董事局建議終止股份融資計劃。
公司於2006年採納股份融資計劃,容許包括僱員、董事、顧問、諮詢人及代理人等合資格人士,可在不被追索的基礎下向公司或集團內一家公司借款,以購買公司新或舊股份,而將此等股份抵押予公司作為抵押品。
