福萊特玻璃(06865.HK)延長光伏玻璃銷售合約 料涉117億人幣
福萊特玻璃(06865.HK)公布,就與買方隆基集團若干全資附屬公司銷售光伏玻璃訂立補充協議,將合約期限由原本的2021年12月31日,延長至2023年12月31日。
按照補充合約,2021年的銷量另外增加2,786萬平方米的光伏玻璃,用於光伏組件。2022及2023年的總銷量則分別為46GW,即約2.87億平方米,價格隨行就市,預估修訂後總合約金額約117億元人民幣。
公司表示,全球光伏行業快速增長,近年公司已擴充其產能及生產規模,補充協議將有助公司大尺寸、薄片光伏玻璃產品的市場推廣,增加銷量,進一步提升經營業績。
