福莱特玻璃(06865.HK)延长光伏玻璃销售合约 料涉117亿人币
福莱特玻璃(06865.HK)公布,就与买方隆基集团若干全资附属公司销售光伏玻璃订立补充协议,将合约期限由原本的2021年12月31日,延长至2023年12月31日。
按照补充合约,2021年的销量另外增加2,786万平方米的光伏玻璃,用於光伏组件。2022及2023年的总销量则分别为46GW,即约2.87亿平方米,价格随行就市,预估修订後总合约金额约117亿元人民币。
公司表示,全球光伏行业快速增长,近年公司已扩充其产能及生产规模,补充协议将有助公司大尺寸、薄片光伏玻璃产品的市场推广,增加销量,进一步提升经营业绩。
