北控水务集团(00371.HK)附属向农业银行借贷6,071万人币 用於引供水工程PPP项目
北控水务集团(00371.HK)公布,非全资附属公司赤峰北控作为贷款方,与农业银行赤峰支行作为借款方,订立赤峰借款合同。
据此,农业银行赤峰支行同意授予赤峰北控一项本金额为6,071万元人民币(相等於约7,284万元)之该贷款融资,用於赤峰市三座店水利枢纽中心城区引供水工程PPP项目。
该贷款融资须以赤峰北控出具抵押及由全资附属公司北控中科成,以农业银行赤峰支行为受益人作出担保。
