福萊特玻璃(06865.HK)擬增發不超7600萬股新H股
格隆匯2月5日丨福萊特玻璃(06865.HK)發佈公吿,在2021年2月5日舉行的董事會會議上,董事會批准了建議發行不超過7600萬股新H股,有關股份將根據股東在臨時股東大會及類別股東大會上批准的特別授權向合格投資者配售。將予發行新H股的上限佔公司已發行股本總數約3.5%;經本次發行擴大後的本公司已發行股本總數約3.4%;於董事會會議日期的公司已發行H股總數約16.9%;及經本次發行擴大後的公司已發行H股總數約14.4%。
新H股發行的所得募集資金在扣除相關費用後將主要用於補充公司營運資金、償還有息債務及一般企業用途。
