格隆匯 2 月 3日丨陽光100中國(02608.HK)發佈公吿,2021年1月29日,公司、附屬公司擔保人及初始買家(即海通國際)就發行於2023年到期的1.20億美元12.0%優先票據訂立認購協議。
經扣除與本次發行相關的發行折價,票據發行的估計所得款項總額約為1.199億美元。公司現時擬使用票據所得款項進行公司既存債務的再融資。票據將於2021年2月4日上午九時起在新交所上市及報價。票據發行已於2月3日完成。
