中木国际(01822.HK)拟以轻触式重组 开曼法院委任共同临时清盘人
中木国际(01822.HK)公布,经探讨重组公司债务的不同选择,公司向开曼法院提交清盘呈请连同委任公司共同及个别临时清盘人(就重组目的)的申请,藉此以实行由管理层主导的重组(轻触方式重组)。
於昨日(2日),开曼法院已颁令罗申美企业顾问公司的马德民及黎颖麟,及R&H Restructuring(Cayman)Ltd.的Martin Nicholas JohnTrott获委任为公司共同临时清盘人。
