星岛(01105.HK)控股权易手 佳兆业郭晓亭3.7亿元接货何柱国28%权益
据联交所股权披露资料,星岛(01105.HK)主席何柱国於上周四(1月28日)在场外以每股1.5元减持近2.47亿股,持有权益由原先31.37%降至3.37%;交易涉资近3.7亿元。交易作价较星岛上周停牌前收市价0.91元计,溢价64.8%。
同日,佳兆业集团(01638.HK)主席兼执行董事郭英成女儿、系内佳兆业美好(02168.HK)副主席郭晓亭,场外以每股1.5元购入星岛近2.47亿股,交易完成後,持股28%并成主要股东。其买入价及买入股数与何柱国减持情况一致。
截至今日(2日)傍晚5时51分,星岛仍未就股权变动出通告。
