港鐵(00066.HK)黃竹坑站物業發展項目「港島南岸」第五期今日(26日)下午2時截標。現場所見,項目暫收最少五份標書,包括長實(01113.HK)及獨資入標的嘉華(00173.HK)。項目早前共收獲37份意向書。
項目位於港鐵黃竹坑車廠上蓋,鄰近港鐵黃竹坑站,住宅部分總樓面面積約為63.6萬平方呎,並料提供不多於1,050個住宅單位。項目估值約101.6億至123億元,每方呎樓面地價約1.6萬至1.9萬元。(ek/a) ~
