《周末樓市》日出康城LP10首輪銷售179伙售出逾98% 過去周末一手新盤錄250宗成交
最近有新盤推售,帶動一手樓市在過去周末錄250宗成交,但較前一個周末的299宗減少16.4%。當中,由南豐集團及港鐵公司(00066.HK)合作發展的日出康城項目「LP10」在上周六(23日)發售首批179伙,開售僅4小時已售逾98% ,並即日加推第3號價單共128伙,折實平均呎價16,254元,較上一張2號價單調高不足1%。
另外,發展商決定於本周六(30日)進行次輪銷售, 再推出218伙發售。南豐發展有限公司地產發展部及銷售部總經理盧子豪表示,LP10向隅客眾,截至昨日(24日)下午7時正,合共錄逾600個認購登記。以次輪銷售218伙計算,超額接近2倍。
除此之外,嘉華國際(00173.HK)發展的啟德項目「嘉(峰)匯」亦在過去周末售出13伙;萬科香港的深水(土步)項目「The Campton」昨日進行新一輪銷售共84伙,即日沽出6伙。
在二手市場方面,中原地產十大屋苑在過去周末錄得17宗成交,較前一個周末錄24宗下跌29.2%;美聯物業十大藍籌屋苑合共錄得約18宗買賣成交,較前一個末25宗減少28%;利嘉閣十大指標屋苑累計錄得19宗二手買賣個案,按周上升3宗或19%。
