亚马逊入禀欧盟法庭促停止意大利与欧盟就反垄断问题重覆调查
美国电商巨擘亚马逊(AMZN.US)入禀欧盟常规法院,寻求推翻欧盟允许意大利就亚马逊涉违反垄断法进行调查的决定。
意大利当局2019年调查亚马逊在选择卖家时违反反垄断法,并集中调查意大利物流市场。在此之前欧盟已展开同类调查,包括购物盒内零售商的选项,与及有否为使用自家物流派送服务的零售商给予优待。
亚马逊指,当欧盟委员会决定调查,欧盟法例已指国家层面不能就同一议题调查,但欧盟委员会决定允许意大利的调查。
