傳匯控及馬來亞銀行保險分支入圍競投AXA新加坡業務
據《彭博通訊社》報道,匯控(00005.HK)及馬來亞銀行持有的保險分支Etiqa將角逐競投AXA安盛於新加坡的業務,交易作價或達7億美元。報道指兩者在提交標書後已進入下一輪,據悉有另一家中資機構獲邀出價。
安盛有意出售新加坡業務,而公司在2018年收購XL後已開始審視全球規模較細的業務,包括中東等的經營,以支付收購XL的交易。據悉其新加坡業務主要提供壽險及財產險,2019年收入達6.15億歐元,另外亦有儲蓄及投資服務。
