匯豐鼓勵客戶使用PayMe等電子渠道派利是
匯豐香港公布,今年鼓勵客戶使用電子渠道、包括PayMe或匯豐流動理財應用程式及匯豐網上理財的轉數快(FPS)功能派發利是。
考慮到客戶和員工在疫情下的安全,該行亦將推出一系列措施協助客戶兌換新鈔。據匯豐最近的調查顯示,客戶仍希望能兌換實體鈔票封利是,因此作出特別安排。匯豐將於下周二(26日)至2月11日期間在零售銀行分行提供新鈔兌換服務,為減少排隊輪候時間及保持社交距離,將於分行推出特別措施,配合現行預防新型冠狀病毒的安排。
