微软等投资20亿美元予通用自动驾驶子公司并提供云计算平台
通用汽车(GM.US)及其自动驾驶子公司Cruise公布,将与微软(MSFT.US)合作,以加快自动驾驶汽车的商业化。
微软将和通用、本田以及其他机构投资者向Cruise投资超过20亿美元,令Cruise估值升至300亿美元。
根据协议,Cruise将在其自动驾驶汽车上使用微软的云计算平台Azure。通用将与微软合作,加快包括人工智能在内的数字化计划,探索精简数字供应链运营的机会,并更快地为客户带来新的移动服务,包括机器人出租车和最後一英里快递。
