港股異動 | 小米集團-W漲超6%，多機構認爲"黑名單"對小米影響有限
uSMART盈立智投1月19日消息，週二港股早盤，小米集團-W繼續反彈，截至9:55分，盤中最高漲超7%，領漲恆生指數，股價觸及32.1港元。此前小米集團因被美國列入"黑名單"，導致股價被重挫10%，不過，多機構認爲"黑名單"對小米影響有限。

小米集團被美國列入"黑名單"，股價曾被重挫10%
2021年1月14日，美國國防部宣佈將小米集團等9家中國企業列入"與中國軍方相關"的清單中。根據美國總統特朗普發佈的行政令，禁止美國投資者對中國軍方擁有或控制的企業進行投資，美國投資者需在2021年11月11日前出售所持"黑名單"公司的股份。受消息拖累，小米股價應聲大跌10%。
1月15日中午，小米集團發佈澄清公告，公司的產品和服務皆用於民用或商用，確認並非中國軍方擁有、控制或關聯方，亦非美國NDAA法律下定義的中國軍方公司。

標普：小米集團現金充裕且投資者基礎廣泛，料能承受列入黑名單影響
評級公司標普國際1月15日稱，小米集團被列入美國國防部的中國軍事相關企業名單，但憑藉充裕的現金和廣泛投資者基礎，料不會影響該公司信用狀況。
標普在發給路透的郵件中並指出，小米進入上述名單，意味着其美國投資者將不得不清退股份。但小米是一家擁有廣泛投資者基礎的香港上市公司，其資本市場融資通道所受影響應該不大。
中信證券：投資禁令導致小米集團股價調整，帶來中期配置機會
中信證券認爲，美國當前的限制措施對公司主要是交易層面的影響，短期並不會影響公司的基本面。2021年開局階段，公司在高端化和線下渠道方面快速推進，我們看好公司智能手機競爭力的持續提升，亦看好AIoT業務的長期增長。我們維持公司2020-2022年Non-IFRS淨利潤預測爲123/160/222億元，維持對公司的“買入”評級。
瑞信：小米受累美投資禁令，但營運基本面仍鞏固
瑞信認爲，目前小米沒有參加5G基礎設施，在半導體領域亦沒有很大的參與，加上拜登政府將於本週三上場，因此認爲集團不太可能受到進一步政治制裁。另外，預料小米在IDC即將發佈的去年第四季智能手機數據中市佔繼續有增長。
該行維持對小米"跑贏大市"評級及目標價34.8港元。
美銀證券：上調小米目標價至31港元，評級"中性"
美銀證券發表報告，指美國總統特朗普政府將小米集團列入與中國軍方相關的企業名單，並限制美國公民在2021年11月11日後投資，影響資金的流向，目前美國投資者持有公司15%的B類股權，不過，對業務影響則料非常有限，目前公司有望成爲中國最大的智能手機製造商，但因應美國政府換屆將令禁制令面對不確定性，加上內地投資者興趣增加，考慮估值高昂，即使核心業務穩固及盈利擴張，重申予"中性"評級，目標價由26.4港元升至31港元。
