大成生化科技(00809.HK)及大成糖业(03889.HK):新债权人已将转让贷款及担保转让予长春润德
格隆汇 1 月 18日丨大成生化科技(00809.HK)及大成糖业(03889.HK)联合宣布,有关集团未偿还本金总额约为人民币40.17亿元的未偿还债务及担保责任连同未偿还利息已转让予中国信达资产管理股份有限公司吉林省分公司("新债权人")。
其已获告知新债权人已于2021年1月转让转让贷款及担保予长春润德投资集团有限公司("长春润德"),一家由长春市人民政府所控制的公司。
集团的管理层将继续与地方政府积极讨论债务重组计划的下一步。
