格隆匯 1 月 15日丨金蝶國際(00268.HK)發佈公吿,因公司大力執行雲訂閲模式轉型戰略、主動停止銷售部分ERP軟件許可產品及加大蒼穹等雲產品研發投資,預期集團截至2020年12月31日止十二個月,總收入較去年同期增長約0%至3%,本年雲服務業務收入較去年同期增長約43%至48%,雲服務業務收入佔總營業收入比約54%-59%(去年同期:約40%)。歸屬於公司權益持有人應占虧損將介乎於約人民幣2.5億元至約人民幣3.5億元之間(去年同期盈利約人民幣3.73億元)。集團將繼續加速執行雲訂閲模式轉型戰略,管理層對未來長期發展充滿信心。
