思摩爾國際(06969.HK)連升第三天兼破頂,今早略高開曾掉頭回吐至67元獲承接,掉頭升破本月5日盤中所創紀錄高位69.85元,最高見73.35元,現造73元,續升8.2%,成交1,293萬股,涉資9億元。
思摩爾是提供電子霧化科技解決方案的全球領導者。公司本月初公布,控股股東EVE BATTERY向建設銀行(亞洲)質押4,000萬股或約佔公司股本0.68%,作為母企EVE Asia獲授予約4億元貸款融資質押。
