內地市監局:防範部分企業借數據等優勢造成競爭失序
國家市場監督管理總局局長張工接受採訪時表示,市場監管部門將圍繞中央經濟工作會議部署的「強化反壟斷和防止資本無序擴張」等重點任務,切實履行好反壟斷和反不正當競爭職責,不斷提升監管能力,加快完善競爭治理,努力營造公平競爭的製度環境。
他稱要密切關注市場出現的新趨勢新問題,配合其他行業監管部門共同防範部分企業憑藉數據、技術、資本優勢造成競爭失序風險。另外,要堅持治「果」和治「因」並重。對壟斷之「果」,要依法加大監管執法力度。同時,要更加注重源頭治「因」。
張工提到,堅持監管執法和制度建設並重,既要注重反壟斷、反不正當競爭執法實踐,又要注重構建維護公平競爭的長效機制,將在加強執法的同時,加快完善市場競爭規則,特別是推動《反壟斷法》加快修訂。
