盈立盤前簡報 | 隔夜美股"開門黑"，黃金白銀價格上漲，藥明生物、錦欣生殖紛紛折價配售
【隔夜美股覆盤】
①三大指數"開門黑"：美國股市創下2016年以來最差新年開局表現，新年假期過後，美國單日確診新冠病例飆升至近30萬例的紀錄水平，更易傳播的變異毒株可能加劇疫情惡化。
②黃金白銀價格上漲：黃金價格週一升至八週高位，突破1,900美元關口。
③鎳價新年開門紅：中國電動汽車市場的需求前景幫助鎳價在2020年上漲18%之後進一步攀升。
④油價創2周最大跌幅：OPEC+未能解決在是否繼續增產這個問題上的僵局。
⑤中概股：金龍中國指數下跌0.4%，延續了2020年底的跌勢，上漲個股數量略超過下跌個股。嗶哩嗶哩漲超10%，貝殼、拼多多跌超6%。
⑥中概股造車新勢力收漲：理想汽車漲超12%，小鵬汽車漲超2%，蔚來汽車漲超9%。
【今日港股前瞻】
①藥明生物(2269 HK)：一名主要股東同意以每股96.5港元的價格配售1.02億股股份，配售價格較最新收盤價103.2港元折讓約6.5%。
②錦欣生殖(1951 HK)：據彭博獲取的文件，錦欣生殖股東以每股14.9港元的價格出售9800萬股股份，配售價較最新收盤價16.12港元折讓約7.57%。
③建滔積層板(1888 HK)：據彭博獲取的文件，建滔積層板股東以每股11.81港元的價格出售7221萬股股份，配售價較最新收盤價12.7港元折讓約7%。
④海吉亞醫療(6078 HK)：股東通過出售股份籌資1.35億美元。
⑤中國東方教育(667 HK)：三名股東將以每股16.4港元的價格配售6000萬股現有股份，配售價較最新收盤價17.96港元折讓約8.7%。
⑥新能源汽車產業鏈：2021年，中國的新能源汽車銷售有望增長35%，燃油車、純電動車2030-35年定價水平相當。
⑦中芯國際(981 HK)、中國聯通(762 HK)：富時羅素表示，將從週四起把中芯國際和中國聯通從其全球指數中剔除。
【IPO追蹤】
①新紐科技公佈中籤結果，公開認購倍數爲446.57倍，國配2.4倍，有綠鞋，穩價人是未來金融，一手中籤率16%，申購625手穩中1手，甲尾穩1爭2，乙頭穩22手爭23手，頂頭槌中126手。
②中邦環境公佈中籤結果，公開認購倍數爲36.25倍，國配1.01倍，無綠鞋，一手中籤率13.5%，申購25手穩中1手，甲尾穩中5手，乙頭穩283手爭284手。
