兩國會議員促特朗普收緊限制中芯(00981.HK)使用美國技術
據外電報道,兩名美國共和黨國會議員要求特朗普加強限制中芯國際(00981.HK)使用美國的先進技術,參議員Marco Rubio及及眾議員Michael McCaul指美國商務部的實體清單未夠嚴厲,認為需要重寫並填補危險的漏洞,認為現時漏洞容許向中芯銷售而不受限制並支持了軍用等,如不作出改變將無助遏止對國家安全的威脅。
兩名議員擔心由於現時的限制僅局限獨有用於生產10nm或以下的半導體,似乎仍容許中芯購買所有的生產設備。(el/k) ~
