《即日市评》恒指三连跌 部分半新股受追捧
受金融及濠赌股拖累下，恒指今日持续向下。美参议院通过9,000亿美元振兴经济方案，市场料美国总统特朗普本周内签署，以避免联邦政府出现停摆，但市场仍关注全球疫情恶化，执笔之时美汇指数处90.27，道指期货最新跌95点或0.3%、纳指期货最新升9点或0.08%。上证综指全日跌63点或1.9%收3,367，深证成指跌1.8%，内地创业板指数下滑2.5%，沪深两市成交额增至9,576亿人民币。
恒指低开45点後，早段曾倒升58点一度见26,365点，午後跌幅扩大，曾跌307点见25,998点，最终全日跌187点或0.7%，收26,119点，连跌三日(累跌559点或2.1%)；国指跌17点或0.2%，收10,384点；恒生科技指数升26点或0.3%，收8,186点。大市全日成交总额1,237.26亿元，沪、深港通南下交易录得净流入金额分别为7.21亿及12.66亿元人民币。
部份半新股受捧，京东健康(06618.HK)获深交所调入港股通名单，全日破顶升9.9%收182.4元，蓝月亮(06993.HK)股价扬4.8%。此外，字节跳动否认收购中手游(00302.HK)部分股份，中手游股价曾升最多21.75%，其後升幅收窄，最终收市升不足1%。
【京东健康扬 濠赌股受压】
濠赌股捱沽，金沙中国(01928.HK)股价走低3.5%收33.3元，银娱(00027.HK)走低3.1%收56.75元。澳门新型冠状病毒感染应变协调中心昨晚表示，因应邻近地区，如北京、成都和台湾地区都有於潜伏期14天後确诊的个案，认为防疫措施应采取谨慎原则，14天内曾到过中国内地及台湾地区以外的国家和地区(包括英国和香港等)者，需接受集中隔离医学观察期由14天增至21天。
当局指，在14天内只是到过中国内地中风险地区和台湾地区的人士医学观察措施不变。过往一直都有要求接受医学观察的人士，在完成14天医隔离後仍然要进行7天自我健康管理，同时避免出境或到人多的地方。
【跌股千二只 粤投逆市弹】
港股今日市宽转弱，主板股票的升跌比率为11比32(上日为20比24)，下跌股份1,295只(跌幅2.6%)，恒指成份股今日9只股份上升，下跌股份42只，升跌比率为17比80(上日为19比77)。大市今日录沽空136.88亿元，占可沽空股份成961.13亿元的14.242%(上日为12.733%)。
粤海投资(00270.HK)今日股价逆市抢高11.7%收14.12元。摩根大通发表研究报告，指该行对粤海投资最新与港府签订的东江水购买协议感惊喜，据该行估算，相等於2021至2023年费用每年增长约1%，胜市场及该行的持平预测。另协议同时确定现行供水一次性支付款模式约十年不变，令公司来自水务的中期收入大致可以预期。
摩通指，新合约有助消除未来约十年水价、供水量及政治不确定性的障碍，投资者料对此反应正面，本年至今公司股价跑输国指约15%，预期未来股价可跑赢大市，维持「增持」评级，目标价17.5元。(wl/u)
