嘉華國際(00173.HK)溫偉明:料明年香港樓市處於回復期 樓價升幅約5%
嘉華國際(00173.HK)營業及市場策劃總監(香港地產)溫偉明表示,相信疫情控制及疫苗推出後,本土經濟及跨邊界活動都可以恢復,預期明年香港樓市整年都處於回復期,整體樓價升幅約5%左右。在美國大選後中美關係明朗化、社會運動平靜下來及疫苗推出等因素下,整體情況相信正面,希望政府能適時檢討及改變政策,以配合市場變化。
他透露,明年首季料推出九龍塘嘉林邊道項目,將以現樓形式推出。另外,亦會繼續銷售啟德「嘉峰匯」項目。長沙灣合作項目「Grand Victoria」原預計本月推出,現估計在明年年初推出,會先推出第一期項目。與港鐵(00066.HK)合作發展的元朗錦上路及日出康城11期項目亦有望明年推出市場。
