报道指五券商获准独立开展非金融企业债融资工具主承销业务
《路透》引述消息人士指,中国银行间市场交易商协会日前已准中金公司(03908.HK)、光大证券(06178.HK)、中信建投证券(06066.HK)、华泰证券(06886.HK)及国信证券(002736.SZ)五间券商,可在银行间市场独立开展非金融企业债务融资工具主承销业务,为非银行机构首次以独立主承销商的身份进入银行间债券融资市场。
报道并引述消息指,中国银行间市场交易商协会上周五(18日)已发出通知,之前券商在银行间承销短融和中票必须连同一家银行参与,券商只可出任联席主承销商。
