Luminar漲超3%，Luminar生產激光雷達傳感器，該儀器可以爲車輛提供道路的三維視圖。該公司通過與Gores Metropoulos Inc。合併完成上市，後者是一家特殊目的收購企業，簡稱SPAC，即利用首次公開募股(IPO)的收益收購私營企業的空殼公司。
Velodyne漲超12%，Velodyne真正用於自動駕駛車輛的激光雷達採購訂單並非VLDR主力，圍繞地圖測繪、機器人以及安防纔是Velodyne的主要訂單來源。
而，Luminar明確定位在汽車激光雷達高速公路自動駕駛市場。據報道，Luminar已在乘用車，卡車和自動出租車等垂直行業獲得了總計50個商業合作夥伴，約佔目標客戶生態系統中主要參與者的75％。
著名看空機構香櫞研究（Citron Research）將激光雷達生產商LuminarTechnologies（LAZR.US）稱爲“傻瓜遊戲”，並推薦另一同業公司Velodyne(VLDR.US)的股票，認爲後者可以漲到30美元。
臺積電漲超2.5%，據臺媒DigiTimes消息，蘋果正與臺積電（TSMC）合作開發自動駕駛汽車芯片，並探索在美國建立某種工廠的可能性。消息稱該芯片或用於“蘋果汽車”，類似於特斯拉。
百度漲超10%，12月15日，據路透社報道，有知情人士表示，百度正在考慮自行製造電動汽車，並已就可能性與幾家汽車製造商進行了初步會談，這幾家汽車製造商包括吉利汽車、廣汽集團和一汽集團，但目前爲止尚未達成任何協議或決定。
AMD漲超2.7%，AMD過去在其首席執行官Lisa Su的一步步帶領下，一直處於穩定發展階段。而如今，該CEO爲其PC遊戲和數據中心業務帶來了極具競爭力的芯片產品。同時，AMD還擁有強大的產品線，在英特爾宣佈其7納米芯片上市將延遲後，AMD旗下基於Zen架構的7納米處理器不斷地搶佔市場份額。
