《即日市评》恒指再跌 科技股弱 药股逆市跑出
受科技及金融股拖累下，港股今日持续向下。美国选举人团确认拜登当选新一任总统，美股道指昨晚破顶後倒跌184点或0.6%，纳指升0.5%，执笔之时美汇指数升至90.77，道指期货最新升150点或0.5%、纳指期货最新升44点或0.4%。中国11月规模以上工业增加值按年升7%符预期、11月零售销售按年升5%符预期，A股走个别，上证综指全日跌1点或0.06%收3,367，深证成指升0.5%，沪深两市成交额共7,096亿人民币。
恒指高开29点後向下，早段曾跌261点低见26,127点，其後跌幅收窄，并在26,200点附近窄幅争持，全日跌182点或0.7%，收26,207点；国指跌43点或0.4%，收10,399；恒生科技指数跌34点或0.4%，收8,094点。大市全日成交总额1,440.07亿元，沪、深港通南下交易录得净流入金额分别为9.4亿及10.45亿元人民币。京东健康(06618.HK)、阿里健康(00241.HK)股价各抢高4.7%及3.1%。
【恒指反覆跌 科技股续弱】
市场监管总局指互联网行业不是反垄断法外之地，科技股续走弱，腾讯(00700.HK)股价跌1.9%收560元，美团(03690.HK)下滑近3%收274.2元，阿里(09988.HK)及京东(09618.HK)股价各走低2.2%及2.8%。
据内媒报道，近日南京市市场监管局发布《电商「菜品社区团购」合规经营告知书》。其中提到，平台经营者不得以不正当竞争方式获取交易机会或竞争优势，并因此损害其他经营者或消费者合法权益。尤其不得以低於成本的价格实施低价倾销，排挤竞争对手独占市场。截至目前，阿里、美团、滴滴、苏宁、在南京等电商社区团购相关负责人，已先後在《告知书》上签字。
【沽空率上升 药股逆市扬】
港股今日市宽转弱，主板股票的升跌比率为16比26(上日为33比13)，下跌股份1,036只(跌幅2.2%)，恒指成份股今日13只股份上升，下跌股份36只，升跌比率为25比69(上日为88比8)；大市今日录沽空170.15亿元，占可沽空股份成1,214.64亿元的14.008%(上日为12.363%)。
药股上升，中生制药(01177.HK)升5.3%，石药(01093.HK)弹高4.4%、石四药(02005.HK)涨4%、信达生物(01801.HK)股价升7.9%。据《央视新闻》报道，今年国家医保药品目录准入谈判今日在北京启动，此次谈判为期三天，涉及到癌症、精神疾病、眼病、儿科等药品品种，据上午现场消息汇总来看，谈判成功的品种下降幅度均未超过50%，去年平均降幅为60.7%。
麦格理发表报告指，第五轮医保谈判(NRDL)正式於北京举行，到目前为止公开资讯有限，估计恒瑞医药、百济神州(06160.HK)及君实生物(01877.HK)可能会将PD-1药物的价格大幅下调60%至80%，但进口PD-1可能不包括其中，建议投资者在医保谈判结束後捞底。(wl/u)
