格隆匯12月15日丨華潤萬象生活(1209.HK)續漲5.39%,報31.3港元,最新總市值688.6億港元;盤中曾衝高漲9%。瑞銀此前發研報指,首予公司買入評級,目標價35.2港元。基於商場零售銷售增長潛力及新商場開幕,該行預期2019至2022年每股盈利年複合增長率為77%,2022年至2024年的每股盈利年複合增長為30%。另外,預期華潤萬象生活將受惠於華潤置地的商場及其2020至2022年合同銷售增長料錄9%,而公司亦能從華潤集團其他業務的管理設施中受惠。
