《新股消息》汇森家居(02127.HK)上市後拟建立自家品牌
内地板式家具出口商汇森家居(02127.HK)今日起公开招股,对於公司以出口业务为主,财务总监苏鑫林强调,公司有自身研发能力,产品符合国际标准,在上市後将会建立自家品牌。
公司今年上半年有逾70%销售额来自美国市场,他指出,中美贸易战对业务无重大影响,因出口业务采用FOB支付模式,定价时以离岸价格为准,关税则由进口商承担。
问到盈利及毛利率下降,他解释主要由於上半年疫情爆发及美国封城措施,令客户上半年订单较保守,产品销售下降令期内变动成本上升所致。
