信達生物(01801.HK)宮頸癌聯合療法二期臨床研究完成首例患者給藥
信達生物(01801.HK)公布,聯合療法用於治療二線及以上晚期宮頸癌的第二期關鍵臨床研究,已完成首例患者入組及給藥。
該研究在中國開展,用於評估抗CTLA-4單克隆抗體IBI310聯合信迪利單抗注射液「達伯舒」,對經一線及以上含鉑化療失敗的晚期宮頸癌的有效性和安全性。信達生物醫學科學與戰略腫瘤部副總裁周輝表示,前期臨床研究結果顯示IBI310聯合達伯舒具有良好的安全性和抗腫瘤活性。
