内地房地产发展商领地控股(06999.HK)公布招股结果,发售价定於5.69元(招股价介乎4.5至6元),公开发售录不足额认购,每手1,000股,中签率为100%。该股将於明日(10日)上市,建银国际担任独家保荐人。
公司预计集资所得款项净额约为13.19亿元,约60%将用於拨付现有物业开发项目;约20%用於为未来项目提供资金,包括土地收购成本;约10%用於偿还项目开发的现有计息借款;余下约10%为一般营运资金。
