小米(1810.HK)拉昇漲超7% 擬發行可轉債 轉股價溢價超46%

格隆匯12月8日丨小米(1810.HK)大漲,一度拉昇漲7.36%報27港元,市值超6500億港元;港股通昨日淨買入小米3.93億港元。小米集團此前發佈公告稱,擬以先舊後新的方式配售10億股,同時擬發行初步換股價格為36.74港元的可轉債,兩筆交易共涉及金額約40億美元。值得注意的是,可轉債的初步轉換價格為36.74港元,較昨日收市價25.15港元溢價46.09%;同時,可轉債不僅是0利率,還以105.25溢價發行,代表投資人願意用-1.02%的利率認購,因此雖然可轉債到期本金總額為是8.55億美元,小米實際卻拿到了9億美元的資金。
