力世纪(00860.HK)折让19.3%配股净筹近4.9亿元 下午复牌
力世纪(00860.HK)公布,公司今日(7日)与不少於六名认购方订立协议,以每股0.46元向认购方配发共10.67亿股新股,较股份上交易日(4日)收市价每股0.57元折让约19.3%。配发数目相当於公司已发行股份总数约14.88%;及经扩大总数约12.95%。
是次配发所得款项净额预计约为4.86亿元,约90%将用於未来潜在收购或投资新能源汽车相关业务或技术;及约10%将用作一般营运资金。
应公司要求,股份已於今日上午在联交所短暂停止买卖。公司已向联交所申请自今日下午1时正起恢复股份买卖。
