中国玻璃(03300.HK)获信义玻璃(00868.HK)提要约 每股要约价0.9元
信义玻璃(00868.HK)与中国玻璃(03300.HK)联合公布,信义玻璃计划向中国玻璃提出要约,以收购其全部已发行股份,每股要约价为0.9元,较其於最後交易日在联交所收市价折让17.4%,涉及要约之价值16.29亿元。
信义玻璃认为,收购可透过於中国不同地区提供更多种类的产品,扩大浮法玻璃的产能及信义玻璃的地域覆盖范围,从而增加信义玻璃的市场份额。此外,信义玻璃预期收购事项亦将透过提高生产效率及节省采购成本、生产成本及固定成本,提升信义玻璃及集团的整体规模
经济效益。
